Dr. Susan Liberati, El Monte Union Chief Compliance Officer (CCO), brings an extraordinary depth of knowledge, leadership, and hands-on experience in public education, human resources, and conflict resolution.

Dr. Liberati’s distinguished career spans decades of executive leadership in prominent school districts, where she has served as Assistant Superintendent of Educational Services, Director of Curriculum, and a designated Uniform Complaints Procedures Officer. Her administrative expertise is deeply complemented by her work in the private sector as the managing principal of a licensed consulting and investigative firm, specializing in conducting thorough, compassionate, and impartial workplace and educational investigations and mediation.

Dr. Liberati’s background, training, and experience in school investigations and mediation will directly benefit students, staff and families.
