    El Monte Union High School District Students, Parents, and Alumni now have an online service where they can request an official high school transcript and send it to the college/destination of their choice with just a few clicks. With Parchment, the leader in e-Transcript exchange, education credentials are requested, sent and delivered electronically, securely and confidentially. Making the request is easy, start by clicking your school's link below or simply click the "Order My Transcript" button. For current students, there is no cost associated to use this system if requests are made prior to July 30th of your graduating year.

    A nominal fee will be included for system and staff processing to alumni ($10) and third-party requesters ($20). If you would like expedited shipping and or additional mailing copies, fees will be added for these additional services by Parchment. Transcripts, Graduation, & Enrollment Verifications are the 3 types of credentials that can be requested by the Parchment System.

    Save a Copy: See a copy of the transcript that you sent. Parchment allows you to store PDF versions of your transcripts in your account to view any time.

    Track your Orders: See where your transcript is throughout the ordering process and track the status of your order.


    How it Works 

    1. PLACE YOUR ORDER - Parchment has linked thousands of high schools around the country with the vast majority of colleges to send and receive transcripts electronically. 

    2. SCHOOL PREPARES TRANSCRIPT - Parchment works with your school to ensure your transcript is uploaded and ready for delivery.

    3. TRANSCRIPT IS DELIVERED - Your transcript is sent electronically or by mail. You can track the status of your order and view a saved copy.

    Order Status - You may click on the Order Status tab to view the current status of any transcript you have already ordered. You will also receive emails confirming the progress of your transcript requests.
