Warehouse Summary

The District Warehouse is the central location for all things received districtwide. The Warehouse processes a wide variety of commodities to be delivered to sites by way of District Purchase Orders or a Warehouse Catalog Requisition. Warehouse also houses files for record retention and arranges the destruction of approved files. Our District Warehouse also receives board approved obsolete items that Warehouse arranges for destruction or auction. The Intra-district mail is also performed daily by our Warehouse Department.

Retention/Shred Approval Form

This form serves as a record summary for the District as to what was shredded or retained. Please fill this form out each time you send a box or bulk shipment of records to the Warehouse. The form needs to be approved with a signiture by your Principal Secretary or department head.
