• Submit your Student Technology Usage Agreement form today! It is a requirement of the Access for All learning initiative that every student, as well as their respective parent or guardian, must complete the online Student Technology Usage Agreement form provided here prior to receiving a Chromebook. The student's Google login credentials (email address and password) are required in order to view and submit the form. The login credentials are typically provided to the student from their assigned counselor during 8th-grade class scheduling, but the credentials can also be provided by visiting the School's Guidance office or waiting until Registration Week. 

    Once the form is submitted, the district system will update within 5 minutes showing that the student has watched the orientation video and has agreed to the terms of the program. The student would be eligible to receive their device during Registration Week or as they enroll within the district. 

    The second and final requirement of the program is to watch the Access for All 1:1 orientation video, which is built into the online form and is also available here to view at any time.
