Welcome to the Purchasing Department

  • Under the Business Services Division, the Purchasing Department is dedicated to providing our Administration and Schools with highest level of customer service.

    The duty of the Purchasing Department, as empowered by the Board of Trustees and the Superintendent, is to serve the best interest of the District in assuring that all transactions are conducted in an ethical manner that builds public confidence and preserves the integrity of an open and fair procurement process for all our suppliers and contractors.
     
    Purchasing is responsible for the purchase of all supplies, equipment, materials, as well as for services and contractual agreements to support ALL District sites, offices, and its personnel in obtaining the best quality and value for its products and services.
     
    The ultimate goal of the Purchasing Departmnet in support to our schools and offices is to ensure that all students receive the highest quality education.
