EMUHSD Pupil Services provides individualized supports, services and resources to students and families to ensure equitable access to their educational experience and student success. The Department of Pupil Services offers a collaborative, multi-tiered systems approach providing support in the areas of attendance, transfers, student discipline and interventions and specialized programs supporting the unique needs of our student community.

EMUHSD Pupil Services Department is dedicated to creating an inclusive educational environment where every student has the opportunity to achieve their fullest potential. Attendance is a strong predictor of student achievement and graduation rates. Our department utilizes a data-driven approach to attendance and works collaboratively with students and families to help identify prevention and intervention of any barriers that are keeping students from coming to school on a regular basis. EMUHSD Pupil Services specialized programs such as RISE and Wellness Centers aim to address the diverse needs of the student population working directly with students who experience difficulties in achieving their academic potential due to social-emotional, home and community barriers.
