• EMUHSD's Annual "Back-to-School Registration"

    Our registration system will be available soon for all returning & incoming 9th-grade students attending the school year 2023-24.

    Back-to-School Online Registration The El Monte Union High School District offers our online "Back-to-School Registration" system (also known as OLR) within the Synergy Parent Portal. This online registration process has replaced prior paper-based registration packets sent home at the start of each year in which parents provide updated emergency contact information, review waivers, authorizations, etc. If you have gone through this process before, you'll simply verify the information on file is still correct and make changes to anything incorrect. If you are new to the system, you'll be asked to fill in any vital missing information so that our records are complete for each student. Note: You must have a ParentVUE account to use this system, which is provided for all new parents & guardians from your home school, see below for more information on the activation requirements of your account.     The Back-To-School Registration system is for
    Students who were previously enrolled at EMUHSD schools such as Arroyo HS, El Monte HS, Fernando Ledesma HS, Community Day School, Mountain View HS, Rosemead HS, South El Monte HS, or The Adult Transition Center

    Students who attended 8th grade at any of the following area intermediate schools within our district boundaries, such as Columbia, Durfee, Frank Wright, Gidley, Madrid, Monte Vista, Muscatel, Krantz, Potrero, Rio Hondo, or Shively intermediate/middle school

    Important Note for EMUHSD Parents & Guardians Using OLR for the First Time:
    If you have never used our online registration system or ParentVue portal, an activation code is required for the first login only.
      You will receive the ParentVUE activation code during your student's assigned registration appointment on campus or upon request from the school's front office staff. Once you have used the code to activate your ParentVUE account, you may use the login credentials you created for any future access to this system annually.  Once logged in, the system will prompt you to begin your online registration automatically.
