Dear El Monte Union Community,

Senator Susan Rubio, Assemblymember Blanca E. Rubio, and the Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights (CHIRLA) invite the El Monte Union community to a “Know Your Rights” webinar from 5:30 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, August 28.

This FREE event will provide helpful information on interacting with local, federal, and immigration law enforcement, as well as understanding your rights in public spaces, at home, and in the workplace. A Q&A session with an immigration attorney will follow. The presentation will be offered in English and Spanish, with closed captioning available in multiple languages.
