El Monte Union High School District acknowledges the following list of items as proof of residency:
Notary Services for Enrollment Purposes
Free notary services are available to assist parents and guardians who are seeking to establish a FIRST TIME residency within the El Monte Union High School attendance area. Our notary services are available to assist families needing a Residency Affidavit to establish a first time residency with our District.
Residency affidavits are only available to students who are new to our attendance area. Students who previously attended a feeder district or EMUHSD school may not use a residency affidavit to transfer school sites.
Notary services are offered by appointment only as follows: Monday - Friday from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm.
