Advanced Placement (AP) is a program that offers college-level courses to high school students. Students will have the opportunity to access college-level curricula and examinations. American colleges and universities may grant placement and course credit to students that obtain 3, 4, or 5 scores on the tests. RHS AP courses earned an AP designation, which means that the College Board audited these courses and satisfies the AP curriculum. RHS offers the following AP courses: English Language and Composition, English Literature and Composition, Spanish Language and Culture, Spanish Literature, Chinese Language and Culture, United States Government and Politics, United States History, Macroeconomics, World History, Studio Art 2D, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Environmental Science, Calculus AB, Calculus BC, Statistics, and Capstones - Seminar and Research.
