Live Video Streaming of Our Class of 25 Graduation Ceremonies

El Monte Union's Beloved Office Clerk Named 2025 Classified Employee of the Year

Known for her outstanding dedication, professionalism, and unwavering support for students and staff, Mountain View High School (MVHS) Office Clerk III Belinda Mora has been named El Monte Union High School District’s 2025 Classified Employee of the Year. Mora, who has served the District for nearly 18 years, was recognized during a special presentation at the May 7 Board of Trustees meeting.

Ivy League-Bound El Monte Union Senior Surprised with $50,000 Edison Scholarship

Rosemead High School senior Carmen Ung was in second grade when her father came home with a family gift, a Dell tabletop computer. Ung was immediately fascinated – the way the screen lit up her face, the ability to explore new worlds with a touch of the keypad – she knew right away that technology would change her life.

Students Across El Monte Union Embrace the Power of the Vote

With students across the El Monte Union High School District (EMUHSD) soon reaching voting age and the midterm elections around the corner, the District is making voter registration and civic engagement a priority by participating in the California Department of Education’s High School Voter Education Weeks, April 14-25.
