  • How do students login to the system?

    Answer: Use your district-provided Google account username (e.g. jose.suarez123) and assigned password to access the new Synergy portal (www.emuhsd.org/synergyportal) just as students did in the previous student portal. If the username and password is not working or you forgot your password, please contact the school office staff for assistance

  • If information is incorrect within the portal, who do we contact?

    Answer: If you are seeing errors in the system, please understand that this new Synergy Portal is new to staff as well as our students. If you have any problems with what you are seeing in the grade book, students please notify your class teacher directly. If information is out of date for student parent contacts, addresses, phone numbers or emergency contacts, this information will be updated during our annual online registration process beginning in late July. For any additional questions regarding immediate information changes, please contact the school's office staff for support on our Synergy Portals.

  • When will parents gain access to the system?

    Answer: Parent accounts will be provided when the new online registration for Synergy goes live to parents during registration week, or the first week in August, 2021. All of our families will be notified phone call and email regarding this new process soon. In the meantime, we encourage students to share their login credentials with their parents to view the StudentVUE portal online at www.emuhsd.org/synergyportal
