Chromebook devices are loaned to students and remain the property of the EMUHSD throughout the students' high school career. Just like textbooks, team uniforms, and other school property issued to students, there is a responsibility to care for and return the property in good/working condition. It is in the best interests of the students to take great care of the devices as graduating seniors will have the option to buy their devices for a very small fee. We do know and understand that accidents or lost items may occur despite our student's best efforts to take care of their devices. Should repairs or replacement ever be required, the information provided below addresses the process for handling these situations for the Access for All 1:1 learning initiative.
Are you in need of tech support for your Chromebook? AHS.Helpdesk@emuhsd.org is available to assist students in resolving Chromebook issues as rapidly as possible. If you need your Chromebook repaired, you can bring it to the Front Office at Arroyo during the hours of 9AM-2PM. You will receive a Loaner Device while your Chromebook is being repaired.
