Enhanced Learning Portals for our EMUHSD Families! The El Monte Union High School District has invested wisely into a fully integrated Student Information System (SIS) titled "Synergy". The Synergy system provides student information access through online web portals as well as mobile apps which are titled "ParentVue" for parents and StudentVUE for students. With Synergy, Parents/Guardians will use a single sign-on username/password of their choosing to access all of their children’s information, regardless of school, throughout the entire district. Students will simply log in to the system utilizing their school-provided Google email account and password. StudentVUE and ParentVUE will provide exciting new access to help students & parents/guardians stay informed and connected by providing day-to-day insight into their child’s academic experience at EMUHSD.
StudentVUE & ParentVUE Portal Features
- Single sign-on access - allowing access to all children associated with that parent or guardian, across the District, in any grade or school.
- Big picture information – ability to view attendance, immunization compliance, transcripts, graduation status, and more
- Ability to update information – emergency contacts, physician, and phone numbers
- Grades and assignments – track academic progress and know when assignments have been given and are due
- Class website access – integration with Google Classroom to sync assignment information to a class website
- Ability to stay connected with teachers – communicate with teachers through email or integrated Synergy mail.
