    CSF Seniors  

    **The enrollment period is the first four weeks of each semester.**  

    For an application:

    1) Email Mr. Griffith 

    2) Go to www.griffithchem.com (type in browser, do not google it!) & go to the CSF page or 

    3) On this website go to Academics > Science > and use the link next to Mr. Griffith's name.

     

    For Life-time Membership, including the Gold Cord, Gold Tassel, CSF pin and Gold Seal on your Diploma:

    *You must join at least four (4) semesters in the 10th-12th grade years (not counting Freshman grades).

    *At least one of these (4) memberships must be earned in the 12th grade year with Senior grades.

    Using your Semester grades for 5 courses you must have 10 points or more. (Only 3 points can come from Non-Academic courses.)

    A = 3 points   (4 points, if Accelerated/Honors/AP)

    B = 1 point    (2 points, if Accelerated/Honors/AP)

    **For all classes, including Accelerated/Honors/AP:         

    ** C = 0 points  .

    **D’s and F’s disqualify membership for that semester!

    *Community Service is recommended, but not required for membership.

    *Fundraising pays for the Gold Cords, the Gold Tassels, the CSF pins and the CSF Certificates.  It also pays for the Senior Scholarships.

    *Senior scholarships are awarded based on an Essay, on Community Service, and on CSF Participation (number of Memberships and Snack sales).      

    **No regularly scheduled meetings:  At the beginning of each semester you have four weeks to get your applications in and then a snack sale usually follows the application period.**
