Superintendent's Update - November 2021

Superintendent's Update - November 2021: As our Thanksgiving festivities come to a close, I would like to share my utmost appreciation to our hard-working students, teachers, staff and families for their patience and perseverance in transitioning to full-time instruction after a challenging 2020 school year. El Monte Union continues to celebrate the impressive innovation carried on throughout our campuses shown within Arroyo High School's new project-based and group-based math course, Fernando R. Ledesma's grant to receive more books and the integration of the Youth Truth Student Survey results. The El Monte Union Board of Trustees also recently passed resolutions showing appreciation for our school psychologists, honoring Native American Heritage Month and recognizing Special Education Day on Dec. 2.
