• The District is inviting proposals for the subject RFP with the intent to enter into a forty-two (42) month agreement with the Respondent whose proposal best meets the needs of the District as determined by the District to provide a Student Information System: Implementation Services and Software.

    Funding for this contract will be subject to an approved annual budget; however, if funding is not forthcoming from the State of California, said agreement may be terminated.  

    Respondent shall be required to sign the District’s agreement available for review at www.emuhsd.org/bids.  By submitting a proposal, Respondent agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions as set forth by the District’s agreement.

    Addenda:

    Any addenda issued shall be posted to the District’s Purchasing webpage.  It shall be the responsibility of each Respondent to inspect the DISTRICT’s internet website for any addenda posted by the DISTRICT prior to the RFP submission deadline.
